Yun Jin is seen as an elegant woman leading the Yun-Han Opera Troupe. She writes plays and often acts in those as well. She's friends with Hu Tao and Xinyan though she hides her friendship with Xinyan as she doesn't want her elders nagging her about enjoying rock-and-roll.
Yun Jin is a 4-star character that's available in the character banner and the standard banner. The highest chance to obtain her would be if she were featured as a rate up in a certain character banner.
Yun Jin is a great buffer on the field. She strengthens your team's normal attack damage which can heavily benefit teams that have a Main DPS that rely on their normal attacks as their main sources of damage. Examples of these characters are Arataki Itto and Yoimiya
Yun Jin is an exceptional support character even though she's kind of niche, only buffing your team's normal attacks and nothing else. Her first ascension passive makes her play a little bit like Beidou with the perfect counter stuff.
Her fourth ascension passive boosts the normal damage bonus provided by her burst depending on how many different element characters are in the party. For example, if you have a party that consists of 4 different elements, her normal attack damage boost increases by 11.5% further. This is something to keep in mind when team building.
For talent priorities, go for:

Her elemental burst is much more important to level than her elemental skill as her burst is the one that provides your team with a huge damage boost.

At C0, Yun Jin is already a great character and only becomes much better as her constellation goes up. Keep track of C1, C2, and C6 as these are her major constellation points.

Yun Jin, as we've mentioned earlier, is kind of a niche support. She also needs a little bit of energy recharge for her to be able to consistently use her elemental burst off of cooldown. That being said, most of her best in slot weapons and artifacts will include a mixture of DEF% or Energy Recharge.
You might notice that the recommended weapons for Yun Jin all have energy recharge as their sub stat, it's because she can be quite needy when it comes to energy. You want around 160%-200% for her energy recharge.

If you're running Favonius Lance on Yun Jin, you might want to have Crit Rate in your artifact sub stats so you can trigger its passive much more consistently. Yun Jin's best set would differ depending on how much energy recharge you have, if you have enough (160% - 200% ER), you might want to go for a 4 piece Husk of Opulent Dreams.
If you need more energy recharge 2 piece Husk of Opulent Dreams and 2 piece Emblem of Severed Fates also work.
For main stats, you can go for DEF%/Energy Recharge% Sands (depending on your ER), DEF% Goblet, and Crit Rate/DEF% Circlet. Go for a Crit Rate Circlet if you're having trouble proccing Favonius Lance's passive.
