      had 3rock chips repaired today while Iwas atwork. Came out for lunch break tomy windshield way worse than what itwas. The rock chip has now spread across mywindshield. Waiting onhold over 45min one time and anhour the next currently onhold now and Ican't seem toget anyone onthe phone soI'm leaving this review inhopes someone will find the time tocontactme. The technician was great, had anamazing attitude, she was ontime. However, Ididn't expect mywindshield tobe worse thanit was when she started.– show

        Scheduled aweek inadvance. Dropped the car off atstore open. Nocall, picked itup before end ofbusiness day and ithadn’t moved inthe parking lot from where weparkedit. Took the car the next day toa local business and had anew windshield inthe car within four hours from first call topicking itup and for much cheaper. Don’t waste your valuable time here. There’s nopoint ina scheduling system ifit isn’t implemented and upheld.

          I used their service (mobile) for mywindshield replacement onJuly02, 2022their technicians made itto myhome ina timely window frame8:00—12:00. They replaced mywindshield through ainsurance claim noproblem myfront windshield was previously tinted soafter the completed service within the 1st two weeks Ikept hearing air seaping innever had that problem before since owning mycar 2020Dodge Charger. Ihad tofile awindshield warranty claim for that reason soI called spoke with acustomer service representative and explained what was going onthey sent out another technician hecame out did what hethought was going tocorrect the problem technician drove mycar tolisten for the problem Iwas experiencing soafter hereturned heagreed the window shield wasn’t install properly headjusted the cowl tosee ifthat was going tocorrect the problem ifnot they would have toreplace again. Iwent out oftown that coming upweekend and the air still was seaping inand very annoying Ihad already had gotten mywindshield retinted prior tome going out oftown sobasically money gone down the drain. After Ihad returned back from myroad trip Icouldn’t avoid getting around the outside air seaping inso Ihad tocall back spoke with someone else they scheduled for meto have another technician tocome out and replace windshield again and itwas the same technicians that came and did the initial replacement and they notice what the problem was which was around the seam soI was told that Iwould beable toget reimbursed for mytint due toit was mysecond time having toget retinted Iwould have totake inmy receipt tothe Airways (Southaven location) because that’s the location the manager isat. Iwent tothe location onFriday 090922 spoke with the receptionist (black female) myinformation that was about2:00she went tospeak with amanager came back and had meto explain what was the problem again after Iexplained that Iwas told bytheir technicians tobring inmy receipt from Tint place toget reimbursed, she ask meto hold onfor her togo and speak with manager again came back and told methe manager was ona conference call and asked did Iwanna wait orleave myinformation soI did after Irealized itwas busy there and Iwas ina hurry and was told manager would callme.I left went tomy next errand nocall itwas about4:45they closed at5:00Icalled back and spoke with someone out oftown had toexplain what had happened again she stated she would follow\up with that location tosee ifmanager was available returned back from placing meon hold and was told the manager was gone for theday. Iexplained tothe representative that Isee that getting mymoney reimbursed seems like this process isgoing tobe aheadache from how this isgoing. Iwould not recommend safelite tomy worst enemy– show

              Took weeks toget windshieldin. Had two appointments where they kept mycar 2days each time. Can’t calibrate windshield. Terrible communication. Would never call toupdate meon status ofmy windshield repair. Nodirect phone number tocall them and get anupdate. Have tonavigate through the terrible automated phone service. Find analternate company. Safelite used tobe good but not any more. Way understaffed and unprofessional

                  My windshield was supposed tohave taken 3hrs tofix but itwas more like 2hrs and the glass looks even better than factory

                    Set anappointment 3weeks ago for anew windshield. Says takes about 3hours, fair enough.
                    Have been here 2hours and they haven't even started ityet. Gosomewhere more respecting ofyour time.

                      I took mycar tothis location about two weeks ago for awindshield replacement. Since then, Inoticed mywiper blades made afunny noise when using them, but ithad only rained once since then soI was unaware ofthe real issue until yesterday, when during atorrential downpour, the wiper blades quit working completely. They were stuck inthe down position, while Iwas driving over abridge inthe pouring rain. I’m sure you can guess how close towrecking Igot while not being able tosee onabridge surrounded bysemi trucks inthe rain. Icalled safelight and they sent Mark out this morning, who was very helpful and discovered that the tech who did mywindshield replacement DID NOT EVEN TIGHTEN THE SCREWS onmy wiper blades, ultimately resulting inthe blades getting stuck onthe plastic part below the windshield glass. This isa major careless mistake that almost resulted ina major accident for meand alaw suit for safe light. Iwill never return tothis location for service ever again. Iwill beseeking reimbursem*nt from them for the deductible Ipaid aswell. This was acompletely avoidable mistake had they had proper oversight and training.– show

                        Safelite phone system issub standard! Itried for 20minutes toreach the Southaven MSlocation. Icouldn't get through toa human being, period. I'm sure the folks working there are hard working and helpful but there's noway toreach them. Ihave an$1,100claim that Safelite won't begetting. It's ashame.

                          Worst experience Ihave everhad. Waited 2weeks for anappointment. They are over booked and understaffed. Took over two hours for them toget tomy car only totell methey could not replace mywindshield because mycar was throwing low amps,abs, and lane assist error codes. The car was showing nocodes onthe dash before orafter myappointment. Battery tested good atauto zone and dealership confirmed nocodes were showing. Iasked safelite ifit was aproblem with their machine possibly and asked them totry adifferentone. They refused and told methey only had one machine (I seriously doubt this). Incompetence and poor service ruined myday. Don’t bother with these clowns– show

                              I had anall day drop off appointment for windshield replacement. Idropned truck off at0800am called tocheck onprogress at215and was told they were just taking itback. 15minutes later Iget another call that they can't replace itbecause they don't have the correct part. This appointment was made 2weeksago! Even worse nocompensation oranything. Just reschedule. Yall sick! One star isone too many!
